Port of Spain Returns and Exchange Policy

Welcome to our store! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Port of SpainWe are proud to be part of the sustainable fashion movement by offering unique, print-on-demand items made just for you. As we do not hold inventory, each item is created specifically for you based on your order. This allows us to minimize waste and reduce our environmental footprint.  Due to the custom nature of our products, we offer store credit for returns, which must be used within 60 days.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, a store credit will be issued and sent to you via email. This store credit must be used within 60 days from the date of issuance.

Exchanges

  • Process: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [customer service email] with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item.
  • Store Credit: If an exchange is not possible due to inventory or other reasons, we will issue store credit which can be used towards a future purchase. This store credit must be used within 60 days from the date of issuance.

Damaged or Lost Packages

 Returns For Damaged or Defective Items:


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Original packaging must be included.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
